This is a review of my Garmin Nuvi 760 after a few weeks of use. More information is available on my website www.themagnumlife.com. The written article shows pictures of the speed limit and traffic delay icons so you can see what they look like on the screen.
also you can get lifetime traffic for a one time payment.. I had lifetime on my C550. Bought the NUVI 760 and used the same power cord to get lifetime traffic on my 760!

I did the same thing, just haven't done an updated video. For mine it was a one-time $60 and that is a lifetime subscription. I don't know if that if the lifetime of the GPS unit or my lifetime, but I hope both last long enough for me to find out.

Do you notice a LAG in the screen REFRESH? by that I mean, when you are physically at a certain location, the screen takes extra time to catch up. and more important if you drive past a street, the unit has still not caught up with the location of your physical vehicle?

I have not noticed that effect at all. It is usually right with where I am and cross roads are within a few feet of where it shows.
I wonder it it might depend on latitude and clear skys?

I'm in Texas and yes it is legal here. I have no idea about other states. I guess I would need to research that if I traveled out of state, but all my journeies are intrastate.

My friend told me that it only tells you the arrival time, which he was WRONG. It tells you both the arrival and also the minutes it takes from A to B.
I love my nuvi, and i use it every day.

You are correct. On different screens it shows arrival time, trip time, and distance. Plus, the trip meter tells a lot of other information. It is an awesome device.
