So we were really stoked when we made it through the first round of the "Cowboy's Star" battle of the bands put on by Cowboys Nite Club until we discovered earlier today that we'd been lied to and the prizes we were offered, that is opening for Collective Soul and $5,000 cash, were never really real in the first place.

Not only that, but if we didn't play at least 2 country covers, we were automatically going to be disqualified, even if we brought the most people.
