Relaxation And Brainwaves / Relaxation may be better understood by taking a look at the various categories of brainwaves that manifest during our various activities (see tables below).

Gamma (38-90 Hz) High awareness, strong perceptions, lucid dreaming

Beta (12-38 Hz) Usual problem-solving, waking, everyday state

Alpha (8-12 Hz) Slower brainwaves, relaxed and creative state, light meditation

Theta (4-8 Hz) Deep relaxation and meditation, dreaming, out of body experiences

Delta (0.5-4 Hz) Very slow brain activity, deep sleep, regenerative state

Lambda/Epsilon (less than 0.5 Hz and higher than 100 Hz) Multidimensional awareness, mystical consciousness.

  • Are those who don't limit themselves. Based on this prank (although hilarious) I peg u as an under achiever who is afraid to explore the unknown and weary of change. How unfortunate you could've been the next Einstein or a trillionaire. Oh well if everyone opened their minds ewe wouldn't have anyone to clean our bathrooms and be at our beck and call.

    Best of luck.

  • @Staye03 Just because I made a joke about binaural beats/isochronic tones doesn't mean I don't 'believe' in them. I have a pretty open mind... Open enough to fit a few jokes in it, at the very least.

  • lambda and epsilon do not exist. your making things up. frequencys above or below dont generate brain waves from audio, if you did, any pulsating, repeating type of sound would create this multidimesional awareness. your a crackpot hippy, and beta waves arent helping derp.

  • @QwukeStudioz Chill out dude! Read the description box. Beta brain waves symbolize the normal state of awareness, hence I put in an alarm clock sound effect. Don't take it so seriously.

  • isto e um despertador, né??? :P

Das ist doch ein wecker oder.... !

  • LOL

  • @Staye03 i love people who try to sound smart. the 'average' human uses 100% of his or her brain. just not at full capacity

  • You should consider taking your own advice. The average human only uses 3% of their brain. Binaural beats assist in increasing brain functionality and tapping into uncharted territories of the mind. If you were to truly wake up you'd realize that the average human puts limitations on their potential because of the fear of how they appear to others but those who are truly successful whether financially or are those who do

  • WHAT THE F__K IZ THIZ ??????????????????

  • Lol

  • @arandumLloser yes because u get a raging boner when u wake up in the morning due to the stimulation of your hypothalamus. classical conditioning may result in your raging boner upon listening to this.

  • is is normal to get a raging boner while listening to this
