1999 Arkansas State Fair Youth Talent Contest

Remember the innocent days pre-9/11? The Arkansas State Fair is hosted annually during the month of October. During the 1999 Youth Talent Contest finals the 1998 Grand Champion returned to do an encore. I hope those who are fond of simple times and simple things enjoy this video. Update: the name of the young lady in this video is Alyse Eady. She went on to become Miss Arkansas 2010.

Elyse is now Miss. Arkansas, and she is still very talented! I had the honor of singing with her once before, and it was a very proud moment!

Amazing, She is not 10 years older, does she still have all that talent. Would love to get her on my show. Should have been 10 to 12 than so you gotta wonder how has this past 10 years been. She was truly talented then. mike
