The mayors of these coastal cities are meeting to learn how they can work together with CALTRANS to make this a reality - without spending much money - and creating a safe haven for bicyclists, pedestrians, shoppers and tourists.

Thanks for all this effort. "Treacherous" is the term that kept coming up for me, especially in Newport Beach at Newport Blvd.
