Eliminate the bike rims, the upper wooden rings, and upper casters. Cut the tops from 5 gallon buckets to make the three rings. Locate the drill just above the wooden side rail. Now the belt holds the sieve down on the lower casters.
Make a homemade belt with an old bike tube. Sew the ends together for a custom length belt. Eliminate 4 casters by using carpet scraps. Cut small squares for the end rings to slide on. Now you only need 2 casters for the central ring.

Actually I have not place pictures but had modified by using two 5 gallon buckets upside down under the worm catch bin :-)

No it runs smooth due to the design which holds it in place at the top. I will be giving out the plans once completed to anyone signing up for the newsletter. Worm Composting Blog dot com and use the newsletter link in upper left hand corner of the page.
