I used to see Pan Am 747's fly out over the ocean. I think they also ended up at an airport near me (KACY) when they had to divert to or from Dulles...

According to the most recent FAA Instrument plates, there is.
There was a time when the runways were 27L/R but they were renumbered a little while back.
