The U.N. Security Council adopted a nuclear arms proposal submitted by Pres. Obama, who was the first U.S. President to lead a council meeting. In the General Assembly, leaders from Iraq, Pakistan, Israel, Venezuela and other countries deliver speeches throughout the day. And in Pittsburgh, the G20 Summit also begins today.
