You know what , I asked this question on the lockitup group, 'can u put bentonite on sisterlocks'. You've just proved that it has been done before! Did u manage to wash all the clay out? And what are the personal benefits u've found for ur hair n face?

Do you have to be fully locked before you put the bentonite on your sisterlocks? I'm 8 months into my journey and not fully locked yet.

Oh wow! I never knew bentonite could be used in that way, I'm a studio arts: ceramicist major and we have tons of it at school... I will be taking some for my own masks next semester... teehee.

@TheCocoCalypso lol.. just make sure its pure bentonite clay and doesn't have any preservatives or mixed with anything!!!
