The Jonas Brothers Life of Romance Chapter 28

Summer is back from looking for Ashley. Now she is sitting on the beach rubbing her hands and thoughts into the deep, rick dark sand watching the sun set and the waves of the ocean pund harder than her heartbeat.


Nick: Hey, what are you doing out here alone?
Summer turns around and finds Nick coming toward to sit next to her
Summer: Just making decisions
Nick: You ok?
Summer: Yeah...this is just so hard!
Nick: Well, you know, life is all about decisions
Summer: What do you do to solve them easier?
Nick: Its never easy. You just have to follow what your heart says. Not your mind. What does your heart say?
Summer: My heart says that I love Joe and that I should love Joe and the other half says that I shouldn't leave Kevin hanging
Nick: Well if your worried about him getting hurt, he's gonna get hurt more if he doesn't see you happy
Summer: With Joe?
Nick: *He nodded*
Summer: Well I AM happy with Joe. And Kevin should be happy with Ashley. Why can't everything just go how its meant to be anymore?
Nick: Because thats just how life is.... it leaves you hanging.
Summer: Your right, thanks Nick...
Niock: No prob... I gotta get going anyway! I'll see ya later!
Summer: Bye!
Nick: Bye...

--- With Joe -------
Joe is at the hotel room watching TV and starts to think about Summer. He loves her with all his heart and has never felt this deep for a girl in his life. "I can't let her go" he thinks. "Not even if Kevin wants her, I just can't!! I love her to much to sacrifise this feeling". He shut the TV and began to fall asleep. But before he could, he decides to call Summer. hearing her voice makes him get butterflies inside and it was his perfect way of ending the day. He picks up his cell phone and dials her number.

Summer: Hello?
Joe: Hey!
Summer: Joe, hi....... (To be continued)

---- With Kevin ------

Kevin is sitting by the park bench. This was the same exact place he had shared his first kiss with Summer. All the memories and the feelings he had felt for her began to come back and he just couldn't take them away. It was like a tattoo he couldn't remove. Soon all his thoughts jump out of his head as soon as he hears a shaking of the bushes behind him.

Kevin: Hello? Who's there?
?? Kevin! Over here!! ??
Kevin: Ashley?
