  • Hey boss i gotta ask do win those fights wen u KO them or becus its semi contact do u get DQ'D

  • yeah you know, you can still win the match if the knocked down person recover and could continue fighting. If he cantcontinue, you will be disqualified. But you will probably get a minus point after a knockout like these! A

  • @19saturos Rules for limited punching? Ive never seen such rules in any Competitions ive been in... Perhaps its just in some Countries?

  • @ziadesa this is an old video as you can see...and the rule you are talking about has been established in the the last 3,4 or 5 years...

  • @Minsang1st NO...why the hell....???

  • I have a question, isn't itf sparrings supposed to be non-contact?

  • I thought ITF can only punch twice.... more than that, there should be a warning...this sparring is a whole different level

  • i like how the woman jumps up as if she can stop him.. get back in the kitchen

  • @irritatedpsycho

  • 0:49 WTF???!!!!

There's nothing to say that you can't just add ITF drills and techniques into your current training (multi-kicks etc). I've always training by WTF standards, but I mix various elements together for my training.

The only problem would be when you came to entering competitions. If you sparred by WTF-style rules then you wouldn't be permitted to do a lot of this stuff, like punches to the head, kicks to the front of head, KO's might also incurr penalties etc. But no need to switch :-)
