Blessings from M.S.Subbulakshmi

Prince Rama Varma sings a rare and beautiful Annamacharya composition, tuned in Raga Asaveri by
Dr.M.Balamuralikrishna during a chamber concert at legendary musician M.S.Subbulakshmi's house.
Though the videography is not very good, we get to see a rare and precious shot of varmaji and M.S. together in this clipping. Varmaji tells me that the tuning of this song is one of the best that Dr.Balamuralikrishna has ever done, with a unique and brilliant usage of the note Ri, both in the music as well as in the lyrics.
