It is not because they can't hold them !! If you had actually listened to the video instead of projecting you primitive prejudices, you would have understood that this grandma was caring for her GRANDCHILDREN since her children died of Aids. She was so much in pain that she could not speak about it. Her children bore her grandchildren into the world, they didn't have for plan to intentionally die for Aids and leave orphans behind them for none there to care for them !!!
