I have a generational shock.... when young people speaks of electronic music, they mean eletro-dance. when I think about electronic music, I think on this.
It was the age of Gerson kingsley, Walter Carlos, Vangelis and many others that began a road of music exploration that I miss.

many of you frown on hiphops lack of originality in composition. and frankly im disillusioned with it for half a decade now, so its not my thing, but i have to give hip hop respect for putting me onto all the music it has sampled, i found Tomita because of a song by Talib Kweli. that is all.

Thanks so much for sharing this. When I was a 10 year old I began to pay attention to electronic music, there was three musicians that I still listen and remember: Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis and Isao Tomita. Thanks again!
