The 'Extreme Ironing' reminds me of my wedding day. Directly across the street from where I got married was this church with the priest-guy in full regalia baptising (or something that looked like that) a whole bunch of dogs. Their owners all dressed to the 9's. And sadly, not a photo exists of this event. FB on the SOTA. This is yet another amazing and fun aspect of the hobby. Both moderate hiking and amateur radio hobbys.
Top vid, I pinged Tryfan before it was mentioned. lol top's for a walker! "later seen it on the sub title!". hay im always out and about, love to meet up and mix the walk with the experience of radio use, as im new to it! all the best. John (Mw6PUB)
The extreme ironing makes lugging a load of radio gear, batteries and antennas up to the top of a mountain seem relatively normal! Great video, thanks.
Awesome activation, ironing should be kept at home!

Good to see that ham radio clubs still exists in some parts of the world.
Please give Tony Hayward a mean look if you happen to be at the yacht race.

Ha, I think I had a QSO with you guys that day, I definitely remember something about Cambridge University and SOTA on Tryfan last summer.
Nice one, looks like you had a good time up there!
