— Always SCRUB & WASH
PRODUCE before juicing OR eating!

— Always SOAK seeds & nuts
OVERNIGHT in WATER & then
strain them before eating them
or using them in a recipe!


* I n g r e d i e n t s *

FOR THE PÂTÉ:
— 1 cup Raw Cashews (make sure they are TRULY raw, like these: http://CASHEWS.life-regenerator.com )
— ½ cup Raw Sunflower Seeds http://SUNFLOWER-SEEDS.life-regenerator.com
— ¼ cup Hempseed, aka Hemp Nuts, aka Hemp Seeds http://HEMPSEED.life-regenerator.com
— ¼ cup Strawberries
— 2 dried Habanero chili peppers (optional)
— ⅛ cup fresh Mint
— ½ cup Cilantro
— ¼ teaspoon crushed Garlic
— ¼ teaspoon Cumin
— ⅛ teaspoon Paprika
— ⅛ teaspoon Chipotle
— ½ teaspoon Sea Salt


FOR THE WRAP:
— Nori Sheets, Raw / Untoasted http://NORI.life-regenerator.com
— Strawberries, chopped (KEEP/USE the greens of the strawberries in your wraps too!)
— Sunflower Sprouts
— Sea Salt
— Agave Nectar



* P r e p *
— 1) Using a food processor, combine the raw cashews, sunflower seeds, hempseed, strawberries, fresh mint, cilantro, crushed garlic, cumin, paprika, chipotle & sea salt until the consistency of a pâté is reached. http://FOOD-PROCESSOR.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Take one sheet of Nori and place glossy-side DOWN onto a clean cutting board.

— 3) Spread an inch-wide scoop of the pâté across the sheet of Nori.

— 4) Sprinkle a a few chopped strawberries, sunflower sprouts, a dash of sea salt & a very small drizzle of agave nectar over the top of the pâté.

— 5) Dip your clean finger in some fresh water to moisten one edge of the wrap with; then starting from the OTHER end, roll it up slowly & carefully, pressing the edges slightly together to seal at the end.

— 6) Using a sharp knife, chop the Nori roll into 4 equally sized pieces.

— 7) Repeat steps 2 through 6 with additional sheets of Nori until all of the pâté is used up, then serve & enjoy!
