Raw Olympic Full Squat
300x1 (ugly, but I got it)
300x0 (dumped it)
300x1 (good form)

- Only the last set is in the video.

I also did standing barbell calf raises and pistols after the squats, but that's not in the video.

    Yeah, I'm currently doing power cleans in my Brad Gillingham deadlift routine and I've been doing them on and off for a while. I also do the strict press and push press. I never really did much of the snatch though.

  • i remember a vid of u powercleaning 185 with no trouble, you could probably put up over 200

  • Thanks. My best power clean is 190 and my best continental clean is 205. Maybe I'm good for that 205 as a power clean now. We'll see.

  • Cool vid although your knees really buckled your a strong guy just gotta work on your form

  • See their you go, that was pretty good, no bounce needed, dont see why u dont do the same with your 225 sets.
