  • @tinmanluver35 That's because DPP wasnt written for Anettes voice. It's like putting Celine Dion to sing Nessun Dorma. She had to use belting techniques which were difficult. Thats why she wasnt good live, but I believe she will do great with Imaginaerum songs live, since they are written for her voice.

  • eeeeew slipknot! -vomits-

  • Marco is the star of Nightwish. Love him

  • Thanx for this good interview...

  • Thanx for this interview...

  • @tinmanluver35 That's the thing. No one is as good live as they are on studio album. Annette is in my opinion, horrible live, but that is why we all loved Tarja so much. She sounded almost as good live as she did on studio quality.

  • I like Annete okay, but how come she never sounds as good live?

Nah there is no linguistic similarity between the two. As you already said, Finnish is a finno-ugric language and those are very different from indo-germanic languages such as Irish (which is of Celtic origin and therefore belongs to those). Also, I can't hear a similarity in the accents, but maybe that's just me...

  • I just noticed something: the finnish english accent is similar to irish... is that a coincidence or are there any linguistic similarities between irish and finnish? I know irish is celtic and finnish is fino-ugric which would imply no similarity at all, and yet I think they're accents are similar; so... anybody that knows this stuff out there? please tell me; thank you in advance

  • What up with annete's hair?
