@keithsnow Ofcourse.. I am a huge fan and you have helped me cooked so many times..more than you know.. I have plenty of latin friends and they all agree with me that some of these comments are so ignorant its embrassing.. I have a couple of friends straight from equador who told me themselves they dip the shrimp real fast to make the lemon soak..its the same results and the shrimp won't cook! Here you are showing us how to do it for free and so easy and that's the reaction? shameful!

Everybody cooks differently, and they have the right to do so. :) if u don't like it, don't eat it. There's no reason to try and correct someones cooking. There's also no reason to correct where ceviche came from. Or spaghetti, crasser salad, even popcorn for crying out loud. Which cares? Sit back and enjoy YOUR food :)

Very bad ceviche is nothing like that the fish he used is bad, Im peruvian chef ,he put the fish in hot water that is no no man sorry but you don't no anything about ceviche u score -0.0 u fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
