While falling in love with Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, I realized how much Mr.Darcy is like Fakir (don't give me those looks...), and since I've always love movie trailer spoof amvs, I decided to experiment with WMM and make one myself. Thus, this crack-baby was born...

I tried to keep as close to the original trailer (for 2005 Keira Knightly version) as possible. Some parts may look awkward b/c it made more sense in the original, and parts were messed up due to WMM's constant freezing and problems.

Cast of Characters (in order of appearence):
Elizabeth Bennet - Ahiru
Jane, Mary, Kitty, and Lydia Bennet (Lizzy's sisters)- Rue, Hermia, Pique, and Lillie
Mrs.Bennet - Cooking lady from ep 3
Mr.Bennet - Drosselmeyer
Mr.Collins - Femio
Fitzwilliam Darcy - Fakir
Charlotte Lucas (Lizzy's friend)- Malen
Lady Catherine de Bough (Darcy's Aunt)- Edel
Anne de Bough (Darcy's Fiance)- Retzel

@fairyanjel214: There probably still are PT subs out there if you search it, but I strongly suggest buying the dvds because this series is several years old so it's really cheap to buy!!

Wow! Perfect cast! Ahiru and Fakir's relationship is extremely similar to the one in Pride and Prejudice. I remember reading that book in the 8th grade becayse of the movie coming out. Unfortunately, I never got to see it, but I did love the book! I use WMM too and had similar problems when I made my InuYasha/Sweeney Todd trailer. What's worse was that when I was done, WMM wouldn't export the video because it didn't like the Youtube converter I used. So I had to do it all over again.

Awh, I soo agree that Fakir and Darcy is so similiar! I've thought about that many times before....

I enjoyed how the characters were so well-fitting! In the movie, Mr. Darcy is a prideful man, isolating himself from others while Elizabeth was a prejudice woman who believed all men were the same. In the anime, Ahiru prejudged Fakir as a cold and mean person while Fakir's pride as Mytho's knight made him unapproachable. Great editing and thank you for sharing with us your video!
