@kazutosan12 its a hard drive u have to buy a hardrive for ur ps2 and then its reALLY easy to install from there u also need the network adapter if u have the slim ps2 u cannot play ffxi i play ps2 now =]

Well ah.. you just take out the back piece thing and plug it in basically. Then you run the software. If you have one of them thin ps2 and an original ps2 hardrive then I don't know what to tell you.
