@moviemonster666 Dude I was smashed when i wrote that stuff. read it, it doesn't make any sense. What is a "post nazi synthesizer?" I think Ian had a fascination with the darker side of humanity which included a great interest in Nazi Germany. I know Ian was not a Nazi

I know about it. They pulled it off better than anyone else. thats all im saying, in Curtis' lyrics there is a lot of imagery. Why do you think it was cool to dress and sing like nazis. because it is. Come on it taps a darkness of humanity that i have found only curtis and the man himself. Peace be the journey, don't listen to too much of this or you will have a soul as black as night and a heart that is alive with death.

classic joy division. were they nazis? of course not but its hard to tell sometimes.
that's a strange comment @TripsAplenty. They were absolutely not! Maybe you should learn more about Fashion late 70's ;-)

yo, again with a point, I think Ian might have been a Nazi sympathiser. Listen, when he's dead we only are left with post nazi synthesizers. Peace be the journey.

@TripsAplenty What makes you think Ian might be a sympathiser? I don't see or hear it in anyway. It also doesn't come back in the film Control. What i do believe is that he actually had a great social heart looking at the fact he worked for unemployed benefit agency in the beginning of Joy Division.
