  • It was sad how Sean Hannity, obsessively for the Iraq War, just ignored Ron Paul's advocacy of the right to life for innocent pre-born infants.

  • Sean Hannity is a tool for the GOP. He wants Liberal-type big gov't, just under Republican leadership. He is NOT a conservative in any sense of the word that matters.

  • @prolifenyc

"That means that 12 Million more babies would be alive today! "

Or it would mean 12 million women would be dead from self attempts at aborting the fetus.

And I'm right about that. Normally I don't post to comments just 2 months old but you comment is one of the most retarded I've read on youtube. And dangerous.

  • Really? Who introduced the Sanctity of Life Act? Was it any of your imperialistic neocons?

  • I can support a state's rights amendment because it would stop the abortions of a lot of innocent little babies.

Of course, the long term goal is to ban abortion across America, but that goal isn't precluded by paving the path to allowing individual state bans along the way.

  • Since 1983 at least 30M abortions have occured. If abortion was dealt with - State Level then it would have been outlawed in at least 40% of the states. That means that 12 Million more babies would be alive today! Trying to resolve this issue at the Federal level has been tried enough, don't ya think? How many more babies must die before you grasp the fact that you cannot save them all, but by returning this issue to the state level you could save a great number immediately.

  • "If abortion was dealt with at the State level, (as Ron has proposed)" etc

I suggest you read the speech of Pro-Life Senator Jesse Helms on the floor of the US Senate on 28th June 1983 about this. He answers it very well. No Pro-Lifer could support a "States Rights" amendment because you are saying that it is ok to kill babies in New York, but not in Mississippi.

  • Being Pro-Life and Pro-liberty are inseparable. While it wins pol points to vote for very "reasonable sounding" federal laws these same laws ultimately hurt American freedom and ultimately American lives. Roe vs. Wade is a perfect example of well-intentioned federal efforts. We are worse off as a nation than before with these unconstitutional federal laws. If abortion was dealt with at the State level, (as Ron has proposed)like every other act of violence, abortions would be greatly reduced.

  • I understand that there is a federal law against transporting chickens across state lines to fight them. It is good to know that Ron Paul voted to make it easy to rape a young girl and then transport her to a abortion friendly state to get rid of the 'evidence', without her parents knowledge. He isn't all that his activists claim him to be. Thanks for the info LennonP123.
