well i'm normally off road running rather than biking, but you can't beat abit of dark drum&bass on the old ipod. check the downloadable DJ mixes at dogs on acid website mate.

broken pedal bummer should of fixed it and continued did you need a new crank arm were the threads stripped anywas better luck next time anything new planned for 09 peace
