itachi dies in manga 394 by sasuke but itachi let him win because if itachi took sasukes eye wen he had chance he wouldnt die but instead he just jabbed sasuke's head like he did wen sasuke was small. so u cant say itachi best. tobi is best person in naruto (dude with mask on)he is uchiha madara and he took his brothers eye so he now is infinite itachi tried to beat tobi's power but he died...
