trust me I know blender very well. i used it for almos5 years before i started using Autodesk products for school. after I got the hang of it I was able to do a lot more, a lot faster than I was in blender. and besides if you want to make a career out of 3d modeling or animation Autodesk products are pretty much the standard at this point. The only thing I would say I don't like about Autodesk software is that unlike blender you need 3-4 different programs to do everything.
