OK so this famous and I mean famous as it's all I ever hear about from the maritimes...beer was sent to us by beertuber and awesome guy Elharlock of hougly's beer reviews. http://www.youtube.com/user/elharlock

This beer is not horrendous we were drunk and decided to have fun with a macro it isn't good and none of us would really choose to drink it but it in no way was the worst thing we've ever drank, enjoy the show

  • It's very famous here for sure...famous for how bad it is! I used to drink a fair amount of it years ago...but the taste has changed a lot!

  • @donrig13 I was hoping it slowly was just getting cheaper made and worse, because the amount of hype I hear from even here in Ontario from Maritimers made me sad with just how macro it was!

  • Boooooooo burn that Jersey for all that is Holy.....Go Bruins Go....

  • @AdoublesLdouble The bruins have one of my favorite modern day players in Lucic, the modern day Cam Neely! I am a sens fan myself.......mostly because it's my home town team, before I cheered for the sens I was a penguins fan, all my faovite players...ron francis, jagr, lemieux, barasso, wregget ulf etc etc.

  • I wonder if Scooner will ask James to advertise their products - 'Pissing and puking on a boat, Scooner!'

  • @bluelebowski He would make the best billboards.

  • @albnorhyno Yeah...it is getting cheaper made and much worse, I try one on occasion for testing purposes only..hahaha. The smaller breweries here are the way to go now...

  • @AdoublesLdouble no hatred implied, at least it's not a Habs Jersey,,,ROTLMAO

  • In all fairness, and I can't totally speak for all regions of Nova Scotia, but while this is "famous" in the Maritimes, that doesn't necessarily mean that it is popular. I think in ten years I've seen one guy show up to a party with a case of Schooner and he was loudly mocked for hours. Keith's, Alpine, Moose Green and Moose Light are the dominate local macros, with the national swill like Cold Shots and Coors Light holding decent market share as well.

  • @sadstrangelittleman0 The saddest thing is I keep drinking things like this....and I do know better.

I'm sure it wasn't as much an adjunct back 20 years ago though sure it had less corn syrup and sugar....or so I can hope.

  • drank this stuff playing quarters in 1988-89 ish when I was 15 and didn't know better....
