Psst, if you want vitamin supplements as good as USANA without paying 50$ PER MONTH but at 35$ for a THREE MONTH supply (140$ for a whole year!), buy the LIFE FORCE MULTIPLE on Amazon!
The LFM were rated in that same vitamin book as USANA but cost so much less for the same potency!

Doctors never say use usana do they case closed, plus i went to a usana meeting and the spokes man there who was on the top in the rich club or something was talking about weight loss ect and he was very overweight sorry but at the end of the day eat fruit and veg and water just drink min 2lt of water a day and you will lose weight and get toxins out of your body,dam mlm just putting pressure on both buyers and resellers,

that is a very bold but nevertheless ignorant statement...How can you just say something like that without explaining yourself..I have been on these products for almost 2 years now and I feel healthier now than I did 20 years ago..They are nothing short of amazing...I suggest you try them before you make an uneducated statement like that..

Ever since i started on USANA Essentials, my health has improved tremendously. I run 10 km 3 times a week , attend some group classes in my gym and being a mother to a 6 year old girl and 6 months old baby boy( lots of midnight feeding here). My body does not tire that easily. Thank you USANA.
