  • Shit the bed!?....how good is this?

  • First time I heard this was on a 50,000 watt "blowtorch" AM station about 40 years ago. Jackson Armstrong used it on WKBW as his signoff song, every weeknight, just before NewsRap, with Brad Casey. I was hundreds of miles away and this was a glorious song for one of America's best Top 40 jocks of all time. I always thought most of the eastern seaboard of the United States was listening along with me.

  • You don't love me pretty babe, you don't love me yes I know!

  • GREAT record and long time no hear. Just kind of stumbled across it here tonight and I like it a BUNCH! Thank you.

  • brilliant i know i have this somewhere (cd not vinyl) loveit

  • Yeah, this is Billy Lee Riley on Harmonica isn't it... I've got the 45 somewhere. I bought it in about '73 from a record store in Chicago's Maxwell Street district.

  • This sounds like something you'd hear on the soundtrack of a low-budget '60s movie as the background music in a sleazy bar, playing from a jukebox, while some kind of drama went on that involved a sexy dame go-go dancing but acting standoffish to the hero.

  • Went down well at Ad-Lib 50s/60s R&B/EARLY SOUL Club, Lincoln "Back to the Roots"club night Lincoln in Dec 2010.Thanks for posting
