HUGE TRADE CARDS ARRIVE... Unprofessional Deal.. Please Watch

Details (in case you were interested) I posted on the forums Sunday night:

We both shipped it a little over a week ago on Friday September 4th, 2009. He lives in New York, I live in Toronto, pretty close actually. We both agreed to ship it first class with tracking, and he claimed that he paid $14.50 for shipping. On my end, I went and shipped it like we had discussed, and I even have a video on youtube showing me package the cards and shipping it at the Canada Post. That same Friday night, I provided him with the tracking number and asked for mine, and he told me that he left the receipt and tracking number in his car and he would provide it to me Saturday morning.

So the day after (Saturday the 5th), he didn't get back to me, and I emailed him in the afternoon asking for it, and he replies stating that his mom surprised his family with a long weekend road trip and the receipt + tracking is in his car at home, he told me he'd call his sister at home to get the info and he would email me the info.

Well surprise surprise, he doesn't get back to me until Sunday night!! I had sent him two emails, and he said that he's tired since he just came back from his trip, and that the info is in his car (but it's in the parking garage) and he's too tired to get it. Well I got pissed off and demanded that he go get it immediately, and he told me he would be back in a few minutes, I ended up staying up an additional 2 hours waiting for him, and he never got back to me.

Monday comes, and I sent him another email telling him I was extremely upset and pissed off about how he's dealing with the situation, and once again demanded the tracking number, and he emails me Monday night saying he's really sorry blah blah blah about how badly his end of the deal has been so far and he's lost all documentation, thus he cannot provide me with the tracking number.

I was outraged at this point, I threatened to retract my package back, and he was okay with me receiving his package first before I resent his package, but turns out I can't retract my package with Canada Post unless there's criminal activity occurring, and basically it was on its way to his address without me being able to do anything about it.

On Thursday, I tell him to go to his USPS office and get the tracking number from their system, and he said he will do so for Friday, well Friday night comes and I get no email from him. Turns out that my package had arrived at his location that day (Friday) as stated by Canada Post's tracking, so I email to confirm he received it and to get the tracking info. Well he ignores my emails, and has ignored them since, I can see that he's online too because we communicate through gmail and I can see when he's online. I emailed him yesterday while he was online, once again he ignores them. I emailed him again TODAY while he's online and once again he ignores them.

man I hate it when it happens, I had the same thing happen as well.  but at the end i did get the cards, so I was as upset cause it wasnt as "highend" as yours.

Damn ambrose, personally i would have kept the jordans! but i guess LJ is one of your favorite?

Sick LJ he was a beast I loved when he played for the Knicks. I always get worries making trades over youtube because for the most part you know nothing about the person your dealing with I prefer trading sites and stuff. Amazing additions though bro.
