Guild Wars Halloween 2009 Quest in Underworld. Obtain the quest by going to Lions Arch or Kamadan. Speak to the Mad King's Stewart to obtain the quest. Travel to Temple of Ages or Chantry of Secrets. Use a transmogrifier tonic to transform into a candy corn. Talk to Voice of Grenth to travel to Underworld. Follow the green arrow to reach the objective.

is this quest on every haloween i started playing guild wars recently and am looking forward to doing this quest

Do the skills create a protective aurea around me? Like if I run into one mob, cast the second skill - the one that slows down enemies - and run into a second mob, will the second mob be slow as well? I'm having trouble with the white spider things.

No It was only for this halloween. But next year they might bring it back I hope :D If you just started recently, there are christmas events going on in Lions Arch, Kamadan and Eye of the north.

No it won't create an aura around you. BUT if you Use essence of celerity !! That'll definitely help out :D It's going to recharge your skills faster by 25%
If you go into huge mobs, use the last skill that turns the mobs Green temporarily.
I usually use the skill to turn the spiders "friendly" for 20 seconds when I get to that area.
