Hi, could you provide a tutorial on the faxing functions?. We have a bizhub C203. The device doesn´t have the RJ11 phone interface nor the fax option in the menu. We are about to install the drivers, but ... we need the RJ11 for regular faxing, right?

Yes you need to purchase/install the 'fax kit' option before you are able to use the standard fax functions. We plan to include a fax tutorial soon.

Hi, thanks for your useful tutorial. would you please help me by provide a video or text about troubleshooting Konica Minolta bizhub c360 problems, one of the problems I am facing now is the that the printer keeps messging bout paper jam while there is no paper jam !!
