@shaawin95 Yes, I know. My enclosure has a fan though, but, the HDD is like 5 years old and I think it is finally just biting the dust. I can't move it into my case as it is a PATA drive, and my gaming rig doesn't have IDE.

@luzerlinux Recording kills HDDs fast because you write to them at their max speed due to the raw video footage being massive in size. And your doing this for the whole time your playing.

@luzerlinux Just to let you know, if you were recording to an external hard drive, that would've killed it. External hard drives get very hot and unlike in your pc they aren't constantly cooled.

@anistuffs yeah, me too. If I don't then I'll just have to give up. Seems like every time I try and resume making LPs, something breaks. Hard Drive prices are insane right now too...
