I have been out and about all day today. I am playing with a few things in my diet to see what food give me better losses. I am sticking to Dr. S' protocol and no modifications, that I know of:)

Oh, I had spinach & shrimp instead of chicken.

  • On your first round you really need to stick to protocol. Later, you can add in shakes, broccoli, and french cut string beans.

  • My reading HCG has me starting to believe more and more that it is only body fat that is lost while one HCG. My problem is that no one is talking about that. I only hear " Lost weight" Since muscle weighs three times as much as body fat, people need to specify what type of weight they are losing since a half a pound to a pound a day sounds too much like muscle loss.

    I have read "Pounds and Inches", It's a great read, but, what is your body fat percentage in comparison to when you started??
