can u make a video tuturial with details and shit u know wat i mean

  • thats posible im sorry i dont have time to make a tuturial vid this is also not the only solution.

  • hey how did you fix it... i just blew the fan power suply i guess cuz my fans stoped working how can or where can i take the power from to be able to make this thing work?

  • wel u can solder the two points pointed out in this vid which is around 5v i think or u can change the power suply to 12v just do a search ther r other vids showin how to do it.

  • take it from the cd drive power suply, this will give u 12volts instead of around 5volts so u wil have more cooling

  • I just replaced the thermal grease that Microsoft uses for their Xbox 360s with my SIIG Ultra-Chill Brush-On Silver Thermal Grease, and after several seconds, the fans spin faster than my car. I also blew into the fans to remove the dust. do you think the dust caused the fans to go slow (<2,000 RPM) and stop and after the dust removal caused the fans to spin from normal speed (3,000 RPM) to a high-rated speed (over 4,000 RPM)? Just curious. My Xbox 360 fans haven't been better in ages.

  • Or you could just rewire to the cdrom power. There are other parts of the board as well. But these spots don't break down, what did you do?

  • ive gone deaph

  • @crackerjap407 sorry for the 2 month late reply :S

there are a ton of different xbox revisions, i wouldn't be able to know for sure.

send me a picture of the front and back of your xbox motherboard and ill see.

  • @FamousBaller08 use a pc power supply

  • Just wanted to say to ANY Microsoft employees or representatives EAT A DICK!!!

  • This is BULLSHIT, just check my wires and one of the red connections to the 4 pin adapter wasn't seated properly. This is on a replacement Talisman 360 fan green. I just reseated it and now both fans are working. Check your wires FIRST!

  • Video dose not show how to fix anything, just you sticking a screw driver on a lead... but if you have a how to video I'll give it a thumbs up =D

  • i cant see what ur doing the vids to blurry can u send me a pic or something

  • @redstarsrbija u know exactley what transister it was? cuz i tried to instal another lil tiny fan on top of the lil box with the lithium pipe the runs to the gpu heat sink. and the fans jus stopped workin.. and i know the fans work cuz i ran the + wire to multiple sorces on the bored. but i'd rather fix it instead of having a wire floating around in the box.
