i also hear about no covering the grays! besides color has a lot of minerals that build up in the hair in order the herbal color attach to the hair ,how this will affect the hair?

This is not what the intructions are in the box though. The instructions in the box says to mix the color tubes together in the comb applicator bottle and apply. Then blow dry on and off in 5 minute increments for 35 minutes. The color goes on fine for me (the 4N), but we used to sell this in the store I work in and I've heard a lot of complaints from older women saying it didn't cover the gray or the lighter colors were going on too dark.
