Yeah, I am in complete agreement on that one. The deer did bleed for about a half mile it seemed and the trail just stopped in the middle of the hardwoods like it disappeared.

he hit the dead one on a deer. in between the spine and the top of the liver and lungs. most deer don't get found when you hit that spot.

After three days of searching, there was no dead deer anywhere to be found. It is very likely the deer lived and is doing fine...
