The US regime runs the drug market.
They make it illegal, collect billions in taxes to fund the "war", build PRIVATE prisons, import it, set the street price, arrest USERS, steal the offenders stuff, collect HUGE legal fees & fines, use the drug prisoners for slaves (working for huge corporations for pennies an hour), overcharge the tax payer for incarceration, wash the money through the central banks, use the money to bribe "police" with TOYS & spend the rest for whatever they like.
