In any case beating up people is illegal and any individual is found guilty of physical abuse will be punished according to relevant laws. Even if you do not like the CCP you can still work with them by putting forward your good ideas and good practices. The CCP is not a party to punish people who speak truth and promote those who tell lies as you put it in such simplistic manner.
