If you watched my video on 2009 resolutions a while ago then you'll have noticed I mentioned,as with every other dick and harry in the country, that 2009 would be the year for exercise and healthy eating. In a bid to get/keep fit I had a look and bought the PowerBall mixing exercise with gadgetry. I opted for the Pro model in that I like the fancy lights it generates and also it has a display on the top effectively telling you how good you are giving you the ability to compare yourself to other people which the base model does not.
