Just to clarify what you see, don't try to turn around in your jump, it won't work. What the guy is doing is jumping so that he hits the crack in the wall.

Stand as far left as you can and jump diagonally (to the right) towards that gap.

Nifty, but why would you need to get the evoroot if you're not on the quest? Just so you can kill yourself whenever you happen to be near Gadgetzan?

So you can hand in the quest instantly later.

The problem is, you used to need a quest item to lure the Gnoll away. That quest item is no longer sold by the NPC, unless you're on the quest.

I have done this one several toones, my hunter could not jump high enough to get in. I have to wonder if there was a fix to this.

Or, if you're a mage, you can just use Blink to get through the back wall :-)
