How to get a high simulation: Dark room preferably when youre about to go to sleep put video on highest quality with good headphones and high volume, Close your eyes and clear your mind dont concentrate on the pictures. At certain parts you will get extreme chills which is dopamine being released amd you will feel high and start seeing little designs in your mind which is the brainwaves
