In Dog We Trust - Official Selection Detroit Independent Film Festival 2011

An unnamed boy (Toby Burns) enjoys his daily read in the park. Alone. Some would say he's standoffish, or snooty--definitely someone who does not want to be bothered. But they would be wrong. Enter an unnamed girl (Julia Chan), who finds the boy intriguing. Parrying a preliminary insult, the girl enters into a dance of words with the lonely boy, challenging his need for control. Animal magnetism soon takes over as the girl piques the boy's interest by offering him a job in her mother's pet store--where they will be working together.
