On the internet, just search for "RC boat plan", and you will find some forum where you can download them (you have to register first).

A lot of plans are Autocad files (.dwg or .dxf). You can view and print them with a free tool: DWG viewer.
They can also be in pdf. If you don't find them, I have a lot of plans on my PC.
