  • its called a mandolin or v-slicer. the one i have is by Benriner and i like it a lot! very sharp...

  • I made it for Easter at my sister's house. I had lots of good comment on your Creamy Scalloped Potatoes with Dill. Excellent and yummy especially the fresh dill part. So creamy with a little burn onion that explode in your mouth with full of flavor. Thanks and keep up your cooking!
