  • That said, lots of people in Brown's hometown claim that Brown was in their class at school: "Well he was grade school with me so I don't know how I'm 78 and he's 73."

  • The 1928 birth date is completely erroneous. It is not true. It has been discounted completely in recent years and virtually every major source now has the correct birth date of May 3, 1933. Bobby Byrd was the same age.
