Alice's Vision (New Moon Spoof)

UPDATE: Okay, it seems that some people don't get the joke. Maybe it's because some of you are simply to young to know. What's 'funny' about this clip is the song. It's 'Chariots of Fire' by Vangelis (released in 1981) and it is often used for cheesy slow-motion sequences and parodies of the sports genre. It's been used in lots of movies to get a humorous effect for example: Bruce Almighty, Madagascar, How the Grinch Stole Christmas or Dead Ringers...

I know I'm sick and I really should get help BUT this was exactly what was going on in my head when I saw this scene for the first time... I couldn't believe my eyes and I thought I was halluzinating but this scene WAS REALLY in the movie (well obviously not with the same music but believe me it doesn't make much difference!)

Don't get me wrong: I really liked the movie! I did.
But the urge to make this spoof was just too strong *laughs evil*. You could say the New Moon crew spoofed itself by making this scene so ridiculously cheesy! I mean, come on, the running in slow motion and the clothes...(Look at his vest! Look at his vest!) it's a joke, isn't it?! It cannot be taken serious, can it?! LOL Or maybe I'm just the most unromantic woman in the world. Who knows?

OMG the whole theater started snickering in that scene. You got this super tense situation with the Volturi and then this cheesy Baywatch slow mo run in Disney princess clothes... I was half expecting to see some unicorns coming out of the bushes. What were they thinking? Didn't anybody (with, I don't know, two eyes in their head) see that it looked hideous?! Bella with that freakin bow in her hair and his VEST omg *facepalm*. If nothing else it did make for a good laugh though XD

that was funny and very creative. i saw the first movie i think maybe the second as well. and for the most part i enjoyed them, made fun a little. but what i hated was kirsten stewart's acting, it was really very bad and i just cannot get over that. but again, kudos on the spoof
