nothing, what you need is a TV that is compatible with a RGB input (Like mine) and a SCART cable. When a PAL megadrive is switched into 60hz, the megadrive outputs a strange format that isn't recognized by some TVs but will be recognized by TVs with an RGB Input

You need an RGB cable in order to have a colored picture with 60hz on a Mega Drive PAL.
