Chetty Brothers have similar [probable] genetic neuropathy whereby walking is challenging because messages from brain to legs is not normal. Difficulty maintaining balance. Typically have a wide stance. Truncal titubation (struggling to walk). Tendency to lunge or jerk sideways.

Low vitamin b12 can cause this...and testing for low b12 is often inaccurate. Also, levels of b12 from one person to another can vary greatly. Absorbtion issues can result from long term taking of acid blockers such as prilosec.
There would be no harm in trying a weekly regimen of b12 shots and after a few months seeing if it helps. My Dr. charges me $3 a shot and no office visit charge.

This is an interesting case for science in that they are brothers. Both handsome, however, with different manifestations of genetic features even though brothers. I wonder if they both took certain vitamins to enhance their muscles when in high school. We need to know if this is environmental. I dont believe this disease is entirely genetic. There are many variable. maybe some people might have the propensity for ataxia. What sets it off. Doctor you done an excellent job. Thanks
