Those were my first good bongoces and my first instrument to learn.... and they were the best bongoces then too. $235. The Giovanni Galaxy's are more expensive now days.
This still rock. My are still alive and they were bought in late 1986 or early 1987.
Good job man.. Not my style.. but good job. You was on time.
I just thought better to leave a good comment then leave something stupid. Haha..
Might as well not leave any at all huh? lol.. Good job though.
Look where he's beating his foot. Check out the chekere pattern. Seems like it's on the "1+2+3+. Just was curious where the phrasing was at... no biggie.
PS, you'll find great Brazilian trap drumming in 6/4 if you look - lot's of nice subdivisions that really groove.
what's that thing he's playing in the bottom left corner? Actually what are all the instruments called?

interesting, though non-traditional technique-wise, use of the bongoés. (There are a lot more tones available there if you use the cuban techniques.)
Not sure if you're feeling the rhythm in 3/2 or 6/8 (with a touch of 5/4?) time. Sometimes it looks like you're feeling it in 6/4.
